The Universal Pan

The Universal Pan is the key element of the Universal Hybrid Roof Tile System. It is made of 60% recycled aluminum, and since it replaces what traditionally used to be a clay tile, we have the added benefits of over 50% weight reduction, 191 lbs. uplift resistance and a facilitated installation that dramatically reduces the installation and transportation costs. The Universal Pan can be used with any barrel tile, from anywhere in the world. The width of the pan can be ajdusted, to allow for more or less exposure, all pending on your design preference.

Artezanos Handmade Barrel Tile

The breathtaking Tuscan beauty of Artezanos Barrel tile is reflected on each property it adorns. The many colors achieved through firing in our authentic beehive kilns allows nature to create our Terra-Cotta blend. When authenticity is sought after, these tiles can be creatively installed in a manner reminiscent of old world traditions. Double perimeter eaves, varuing headlaps, oozy mud work create your crown jewel.

Italiano Clay Pan Starter

The clay starter tile is used in combination with the The Universal Pan, it is the tile that starts the run of the underpan, and ensures the look of a true roman pan system with the added benefits of the Universal Hybrid Roof tile System.

Horticulture & Prevegetated Mats

Topping the roof with vegetation has a myriad of ecological benefits. Our roof design integrates timeless terracotta roof tiles with a stimulating visual array of horticulture creations nestled in between. Barrel roof tile and sinuous roof tile patterns often accrue organic material in the roof tile troughs giving rise to un-welcome plant life. At artezanos we have dedicated our systems to sustain plant life and welcome Mother Nature as an integral part of our design. Artezanos promotes the use of light weight, inexpensive sloped green roofing systems for residential and commercial applications via our innovative retro-fit technology.

Solar Panel/Photovoltaics

We are using the latest in thin film technologies encapsulated in a protective housing to ensure its longevity and to protect from the elements. We are currently working with several solar manufacturers to introduce the highest quality panels to integrate into our system.
